Joe Lagana

Joe specializes in bringing business stakeholders, designers, and engineers together to create usable, elegant products and services. His keen eye for detail and adept facilitation skills help translate client goals and ideas into functional and precise user interface requirements. As Executive Producer, Joe oversees all client projects, account management and studio resources. He serves as the bridge between products and their users, and is an expert at discovering requirements, developing use cases, and managing complex projects.

Prior to Busse Design USA, he was a Producer with the Kodak Gallery User Experience team where he managed all aspects of customer facing product development, such as authoring use cases and product specifications, orchestrating usability tests, and collecting and analyzing user feedback. He also lead Kodak Gallery’s Marketing Operations department to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all Marketing projects.

Joe graduated with high honors with a BA in Italian Studies and a minor in Linguistics from the University of California at Berkeley.
