Werner Glinka

Werner is responsible for the production of Busse Design’s projects. He has been building websites for more than 10 years using  HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Drupal, Wordpress and Joomla. Werner is a strong proponent of standards based web technologies and advocates the strict separation of structure, presentation and behavior when engineering highly accessible web sites. When not producing “beautiful code,” Werner works as an artist. His work has been shown throughout the Bay Area and in Europe.

In a prior life, Werner held senior executive positions in Engineering and Marketing management for technology startups and multi-national corporations. He was instrumental in developing several international standards for information interchange and was a primary technology evangelist during the early writable DVD days.

Werner holds an electrical engineering degree with emphasis on control systems from the University for Applied Science, Gelsenkirchen, Germany. He is fluent in German.
