Busse Design Completes Usability Evaluation Project for SonicWALL
EMERYVILLE, CA - January 2003 - Busse Design USA is pleased to announce an engagement with SonicWALL to assess the effectiveness of their product set up and configuration materials. Highly motivated to decrease the expense incurred by a high volume of first-time set up customer support calls, SonicWALL is determined to streamline and clarify the instructions for the installation and configuration of its product family.
To meet this challenge, Busse Design USA performed an in-depth Heuristic Evaluation of both SonicWALL's printed product documentation and their web-based administrative interface. The resulting Findings & Recommendations Report will serve as the baseline from which SonicWALL product teams can roadmap critical adjustments to their suite of product support materials.
