Bersin & Associates

Bersin & Associates, an industry research and advisory services company and longtime client of Busse Design, contacted us to help them design their new research resource web application, BersinInsights. Over the years the number and types of resources Bersin had to offer grew exponentially, and their main website was no longer capable of housing these assets.

In designing BersinInsights, we devised a user experience that allowed users to customize the research assets the application displays, while at the same time, giving Bersin promotional areas to highlight new research and other announcements. Given Bersin’s aggressive timeline and large set of requirements, we took an agile approach to break down the web application features into smaller design chunks that their developers could build right away. During this process, we made continual refinements to ensure that the application was easy to navigate and provided a subtly branded interface.
