Project Type: Reporting & Analysis Application
Project Duration: Twelve Weeks
Challenge: Busse Design worked with Fireclick, Inc. to create the architecture and interface for the new release of their reporting and analysis application, Netflame. Additionally, we remodeled the interface of the application's browser plug-in. Netflame contained robust functionality and a large set of unique features but did not necessarily present features or resulting data in a way that was easy for the users to understand and access through its 1st generation interface.
Busse Design conducted user interviews during the initial stages of the project in an effort to help determine weaknesses in the existing application interface, pinpoint user roadblocks and identify additional functionality desired by users.
