Busse Design created site maps and workflows that focused on multiple tasks for both user profiles. Providing detailed workflows for several different feature sets helped us to create a streamlined and intuitive interface, focusing on the development of global and sub-navigation structures that integrated existing features and content with new and future product requirements. These workflows also allowed us to detail all possible use cases while identifying all available functionalities.
