LEAPFROG
Contextual Inquiry

LeapFrog very much wanted to confirm that the new look and site organization would be well received by the repeat users that were already familiar with current web site offerings. Therefore, to verify the assumptions about user expectations that we made in the Task Analysis phase, Busse Design surveyed a small sample of current users to determine how they use the existing LeapFrog web site and how, in their minds, it could be improved. Each test subject was then presented with mockups of the new visual design and asked a series of questions to gauge the success of the new information presentation. Through our user interviews, Busse Design was able to extract key information and make minor refinements to labeling and content placement as well as verify that assumptions regarding the information architecture would be successfully received.
