"Quick Start" Poster Development
Having identified a number of weaknesses in the existing Qube documentation, Busse Design USA was able to establish a clear step-by-step physical set up process and communicate it through an intuitively designed poster. This allowed us to focus efforts on developing a visual design strategy that effectively communicates all product aspects with which users would interact during set up.
Visual reference was key as words had to be kept to a minimum to facilitate easy and inexpensive translation of the poster into seven different languages. We were also able to pinpoint areas of confusion and then draft clear and concise explanatory text to accompany the set up and installation wizard visuals.
