Usability Testing: Phase Two
Test subjects were tasked with completing the physical set up of the Qube and navigating the installation wizard with the assistance of the quick start poster. Users were also asked to perform a series of tasks within the Qube's administrative application.
Similar to the first round of testing, users expectations and reactions were contrasted through pre and post testing questioning. Exit questions revealed that the quick start poster successfully helped users move through initial set up tasks. There remained a large gap between the user's expectations about how "easy" it was to configure more advanced functionalities and actual configuration. This would later be detailed in our final usability report.
