Usability Report
Based on both rounds of testing, we drafted an extensive usability report. The report summarized our findings, outlined the testing methodology and objectives, presented comprehensive observations from each round of testing and offered numerous recommendations on how to improve the Qube.
Designed to meet the needs of our client, the recommendations were broken down into three phases to allow both expediency of implementation and thoroughness of addressing usability concerns: Immediate ("Quick Fixes"), Secondary, and Future ("Optimal Fixes"). Within each of these recommendation types, we associated the recommendations with four areas of product development: the physical interface, product documentation, the setup wizard and the administrative application.
